Face Frame: Face frames are manufactured using solid hardwoods with mortise and tenon joints. Frames are glued and nailed, then sanded to a uniform thickness of 3/4″. Stile and rail widths are 1 1/2″. Cabinet over 36″ with the center mullion.
Doors: Shaker doors are 5 pieces mortise and tenon joints. 2 1/4″ stiles and rails, 1/4″ center panel.
Drawer Rails: Full extension under mount slide.
Hinges: 6 way adjustable hinges.
Box: All cabinet sides, tops, bottoms are produced using 3/8″ plywood with natural clear coated. Tops and bottoms are secured to sides and face frames using a dado joint in addition to glue and staples. Back panels are produced with 1/8″ plywood, and framed with a 1/2″ plywood handing rail, and is secured to the cabinet end panels using dado joint, glue, staples or pocket screws. Base cabinet backs extend to the floor providing optional structural stability.
Shelves: All new cabinets are produced using 5/8″ Plywood with a natural clear coated, front edge banded, and adjustable shelving. Optional 3/4″ shelves are available.
Toe Kick: Toe kicks are 1/2″ plywood attached to cabinet side panels. A decorative stained 1/8″ overlay provides a matching finish.
Interior Finishes: Standard interior finish is clear coated on plywood.
